Natalie is hands down the best realtor in the state of Texas! I went through almost a dozen realtors before I found her. She went above and beyond and did what no other realtor could or would do to help us sell our house. From being up-front about what our property was worth, to finding and scheduling contractors, to negotiating with buyers, she made a difficult process much easier. We had been trying to sell the property for almost a year, Natalie sold it in 4 months and got us more than we originally anticipated. Natalie and BJ have our highest recommendation. Natalie and BJ did a great job helping me navigate a tricky situation on the sale of one home and the purchase of another. We had a plan laid out for going from one home to the other, but when the new home’s timeline was moved up by 2 months, we had to create a new approach. Natalie was able to handle the new timelines and process easily, sold our old home less than 2 weeks after listing and negotiated the ability for us to stay until completion of the new home.
